Surveys made easy from Start to Finish!
COMPNetworX ™ is set up for ease of use and efficiency. Surveys can be initiated
and set up by users with Gallagher oversight and assistance when needed. Survey
participants can complete surveys online and in Excel by following the online
prompts or downloading the survey instruction kit.
The COMPNetworX ™ concept is simple, once logged in, your
home screen will list all active surveys you have initiated, and any surveys you
have been invited to participate in. Each survey will provide you with three
"survey actions" to move the survey process forward. The five most common
procedures are:
View Survey Parameters: Allows the survey sponsor organization to edit a survey
they have started by either changing parameters or continue programing from
where they left off.
Or
If you are the survey participant, the ability to look at the survey parameters
online either to complete a survey or decide if the survey is right for your
organization. As a participant you
are able to:

Download the Excel data file form,

Upload a completed data submission online,
·
Edit a single record, or
·
Review your import status.
Download Survey Kit: At the click of a button you can download the survey
parameters into a convenient PDF format. This can be used in job matching
meetings, or when completing the survey in the downloadable Excel file.
Enter Data:
Brings the user to the “enter survey data” screen where the user can enter job
data online or upload an excel data file.
Generate Report:
Allows users to create custom reports with specific job and scope filters.
My Reports:
Allows users to recall a custom report and view results in a PDF, CSV, or online
format.
The survey tool has been designed to break the survey
process into three steps.
Set Up New Survey: Includes all the steps and guidance on how to set up a
survey from A to Z in steps as easy as 1,2,3.
Complete a Survey: Contains all the information required to complete a survey
(such as the survey data collection kit, Excel file, and update functions).
Survey Results:
Encompasses the ability to create custom reports and download them in multiple
formats.
In each section the user can navigate through the respective
process, or be guided by the options located in the left hand margin. These
simple steps have been designed to guide you through the survey process step by
step as if you had a Gallagher Consultant in the room with you.
