Eligible Bonus – the eligibility of an incumbent to receive a bonus (Y/N).

Location/Region Code – the geographic location of the incumbent selected from a list of options.
LTI Target % - the target long term incentive an incumbent is eligible to receive expressed as a % of base salary.
Midpoint – the middle point of the salary range, sometimes referred to as the “job rate”.
Mileage Reimbursement – mileage reimbursement rate (cents/km).
Participant Status – indicates the status for each invited participant.

Range Minimum – minimum (lowest) point of the salary range.
Reports to Job Title – the title of the direct supervisor that your organization’s job reports to.
Standard Hours of Work – the number of hours an incumbent works in a standard week.
Survey Description – a brief description of the survey that identifies the industry, positions and type of data that will be included.
Survey End Date – the date the survey will be closed and no further data submissions will be accepted.
Survey Name – the name of the survey.
Survey Organizer – the name of the organization that is sponsoring the survey.
Survey Remind Date – the date that an automated email message will be sent to all invited participants reminding them to complete their submission in advance of the survey end date.
Survey Start Date – the date the survey is launched and open for data to be submitted.
Survey Status – indicates at what stage the survey is currently in, ranging from open to results posted.
Survey Year – the effective date that corresponds to the survey data that is being collected.
